With the current health crisis shutting down events across the country, we're taking our Love + Harmony Benefit Concert online! A time to celebrate CFM’s non-profit mission, the event will allow viewers to safely experience live music performances while supporting local artists whose livelihoods are in jeopardy. In the spirit of our renowned Fiddlers & Fishermen program, the show will feature a wide array of artists streaming from their homes, including Avi Jacob, Bank of Ireland, Dan Lilley & Amy Bedard, Emerald Rae, Haunt the House, Hawthorn, Hollow Turtle and Slackwater String Band. Local multi-instrumentalist and host of WRIU’s Traditions program Tom Duksta will emcee the evening.  As much a celebration of folk music and the artists who create it as of CFM itself, Love + Harmony promises to be full of memorable performances and good cheer - a much needed respite during this stressful time - while also reinforcing the importance of CFM’s place in our community.

While access to the event is free, viewers are encouraged to donate to CFM's Spring Matching Campaign via the website, and join in our online silent auction, sponsored by such local businesses as the Newport County YMCA, The Green Grocer, Allen’s Wine & Spirits, Ragged Island Brewing Company, the Rhode Island Philharmonic, Blue Kangaroo Cafe and more!
